You will burn more calories at 530 a.m. than most people do all day. This camp is designed to combine military styled fitness, functional training, and cross training with the use of medicine balls, resistance bands, body weight, free weights, logs, ammo creates, core training, cardiovascular training, and much more. This camp yields physical results of toning and reduced body fat, while teaching you proper health and fitness training techniques. No two workouts are ever quite the same. No getting bored doing the same thing over and over!
We offer the best way for you to get fit while having fun! A key to our boot campers' fitness is the motivation provided by others in the class and, of course, your instructor!
